Responsibilities
Overview:
This position is an integral part of the Office of Integrity & Compliance, Legal Department, by providing high level support to the compliance program company-wide. The position reports to the Staff Attorney and Director – Compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviews potential conflicts of interest and ensures resolutions are implemented, where necessary.
• Develops compliance training programs.
• Develops employee communications.
• Manages the flow of reports to OIC from intake through investigation and final resolution.

Trial Attorney- Denver, CO
Position Description

LEGAL SERVICES
Staff Attorney will support/assist the system’s General Counsel and provide legal services and advice for WHS and its affiliates. Primary responsibilities will be to review and negotiate contracts, to develop policies and procedures on organizational and health law issues, and to support compliance and risk management needs.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law with a strong academic record. Three to five years of relevant legal experience in a hospital or health system or in a corporation or law firm with healthcare industry and regulatory experience.
License to practice law in the State of Tennessee preferred.
CPR is required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider.
